This Riserva Blend of ‘Nocellara del Belice – Cerasuola – Biancolilla’ is produced from olives grown solely within the company estate ‘Case di Latomie’. It is characterized by its light fruity and its spicy and herby very delicate. Its flavour reminds us of the fresh fruit with a pleasing spicy aftertaste. It fits all the ingredients of the Mediterranean diet but can also finish great dishes. It’s excellent with both raw and cooked foods.
