Variety Denomination Year Nero d’Avola Merlot D.O.C. Sicilia 2013 Harvest
Two different grapes, two different moments of the same harvest.
Nero d’Avola is harvested on the second week of September when the temperature starts to get colder, while Merlot is harvested on the second week of August, when strong summer sunrays kiss the shore.
