From Ragana vineyards, the name of which means land of friendship in Arabic, is born the Inzolia variety: fresh, delicate yet strong. A very mineral and savory wine, it represents the soul of this land.
Vinified in steel, it’s also refined in steel for about six months.
Light color with green reflections.
Its scent is fruity with white peach sensations as well as melon and some vegetable hint towards the end.
This wine conveys a very fresh and elegant feeling completed by its minerality and its tasty flavor.
Fruity hits tend to emerge especially at the end, and they persist pleasantly in your mouth for a long time.
Rahana is very versatile, great with appetizers as well as an opening wine with cold or warm dishes, fish-based main courses and fresh cheeses. Ideal with raw and boiled fish.
Should be served in medium sized glasses, at 10 – 12°C temperature and opened right before serving.
