Immediately pleasurable, this wine has strong Sicilian features and a very distinct personality.
\nIts rich flavor as well as its minerality are the result of the genetic prosperity of the vineyards and their proximity with the sea that influences the wine evolution.
\nLight yellow with pale green reflections, Dragonara Grillo stands out because of its complex aromatic richness that varies from flowery scents (jasmine, broom) to fresh citrusy notes of grapefruit and herbaceous ending.
\nIt\u2019s a very structured yet very fine and delicate wine, complimented by its intensity and a good level of acidity.
\nCitrus notes are clear when tasting the wine as well and they persist for a long time.
\nThis wine can be paired with various dishes, appetizers and slightly aged cheeses and deep fried vegetables and fish. It goes beautifully with structured vegetarian dishes and strong flavored fish dishes.
\nShould be served in medium sized glasses, opened on the spot at 10-12\u00b0C temperature.<\/span><\/p>\n
