Bianco di San Lorenzo is born from Inzolia, wealthy grape very typical of Southern Italy, and Incrocio Manzoni, fine, graceful and surely from Northern Italy.
\nThese two grapes blend together amazingly giving life to a stunning and delicate wine, with very specific identity.
\nPale yellow with light green tones in color.
\nIts elegant fruity sensations recall white fruits and vary from peach to apple, pineapple and apricot.
\nHarmony and grace are its most distinctive traits, elegant aromatic hints make it extremely pleasurable, and its intensity and minerality are a clear invitation to drink more of it.
\nIt goes perfectly well with starters, either warm or cold and fish based dishes.
\nIdeal with boiled, oven cooked or barbequed fish, as well as with white meat.
