This wine was conceived during a hot summer night, almost as a joke.
\nIt comes from Nero d\u2019Avola Grape vinified into white wine: a fresh and savory ros\u00e9, intense yet fresh, extremely scented.
\nLight pink with purplish reflections, it\u2019s a full bodied yet well balanced wine. You can smell hints of red roses and elegant fruity notes of red berries, cherry, pomegranate and strawberries.
\nParticularly intense to the palate, it\u2019s full and sugary, with fine acidity and mineral notes that make it quite lovable and persistent towards the end.
\nIt pairs up beautifully with either warm or cold starter fish dishes, raw or smoked fish, and blue-fish based main courses.\u00a0 It\u2019s also incredible with deep fried fish as well as fish seconds, oven cooked or roasted.
